My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though small and not well-equipped, was surprisingly quiet at night despite facing the street with a tram going back and forth. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Zeybeck, who was incredibly helpful when my luggage got delayed. The location was convenient for my needs, being on the north side but still within easy reach of the old town via a short tram ride or a 15-minute walk to the main bridge. The dining experience was alright, but the pricing didn't always match the quality of the food. Overall, a pleasant stay marred only by a few drawbacks.
